The Bristol Harbour Village (BHV) is located on the western shore of Canandaigua Lake, in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of living for BHV residents and making sure they feel happy to be part of our thriving community.
All Residents of the BHV are, as a condition of ownership, are members of and governed by the Bristol Harbour Village Association (BHVA) Board of Directors, Offering Plan, Declaration, BHVA and Environmental Committee (EC) Rules and Regulations.
Refuse & Recycling
Residents are to deposit Trash in the BHVA Refuse and Recycling Facility adjacent to the Community Center, or at their building's collection points. These facilities are emptied bi-weekly by BHVA's refuse contractor. Curbside pickup at your home or unit is not provided.
Recycling is available only at the Refuse and Recycling Facility. Please follow the Trash and Recycling process contained in the BHVA Rules as well as guidance on the posted signs in these facilities.
Large amounts of trash or trash and debris from construction projects need to be taken to the Town of South Bristol Transfer Facility. (585) 374-6341
Lawn, Landscape & Snow Removal
Lawn cutting and landscaping of the common areas are done by the Kenrick Corporation.

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces of the property. If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing
please call Kenrick Corporation at 585-424-1540
We ask that you not interrupt the snow removal crew.
Emergencies & After Hours
For emergencies requiring fire, police or ambulance response please call 911.
For non-life threatening, after hours concerns call Kenrick at (585) 424-1540. Leave your name, unit number, association name, telephone number, and concern with the answering service.
